It is a very small jail and it is very clean. The jail is basically right at the City hall until the City hall moves down the street soon. They allow people to bond out of this jail 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The release time here is very quick. unless its a alcohol related incident then they will have to hold the inmate for 6 hours until they release them. Other then that the release can be as quick as 15 minutes. This is a very fast process in Owasso I think this is one of the 3 fastest facilities that I have been to the Other being Sand Springs and Broken Arrow.
